Miniso Membership Program

Scalable Marketing Campaign for Miniso Membership Program To increase awareness and engagement around Miniso’s loyalty initiative, I designed a full-scale in-store campaign for the launch of the Miniso Membership Program. The goal was to re-engage new shoppers as well as existing customers who were previously unaware of the program. This campaign was rolled out across all Miniso retail locations in the U.S. and Canada, using strategically placed signage and clear messaging to encourage immediate sign-ups.

Each poster prominently featured a QR code that allowed customers to instantly join the program while shopping. By scanning the code, users were rewarded with 60 bonus points—a $3 value—upon registration. This seamless integration between in-store experience and mobile sign-up led to a measurable impact, with membership enrollment increasing by over 300% following the campaign launch. The bold, friendly visuals and simplified value messaging helped drive attention and action, making the program both easy to understand and rewarding to join.
